9:31-11:00    VDot Mile Test

  2 mile CD

  Core, ST

 

Thursday 25:  3x20 min sitting in recliner

  R=3xTurkey, 2xStuffing, 4xCrandberry, 2xSweet Potatoes

  4xPumpkin Pie

  40 min CD - Watch Football and Enjoy time with your family

 

Friday 26:  30-40 minutes ON YOR OWN

 

Saturday 27:  20-30 min  ON YOUR OWN

Sunday 28:  OFF
